1. Scope and Nature of Service

Thinking Session is a private, one-to-one 25-minute conversation conducted over Zoom with Santiago. Its sole purpose is to provide a structured, neutral sounding board for you to speak through your own thinking, examine trade-offs, and clarify your reasoning.

Exclusions: Thinking Session is explicitly not therapy, psychological counseling, mental health treatment, executive coaching, career placement, legal advice, financial advice, or medical crisis support. You should not use Thinking Session as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial counsel.

No Guaranteed Outcome: Thinking Session provides a reflective space, not a prescription or guaranteed result. You remain entirely responsible for all professional and personal decisions you make.

2. Fees and Payment

Session fees are specified on The Session page and in the booking calendar. The fee must be paid in full at the time of booking via Cal.com / Stripe. Sessions are booked individually; there are no recurring subscriptions, retainer lock-ins, or automatic renewals.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Because session times are reserved exclusively for you, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced:

  • 24+ hours before the session: You may cancel or reschedule your session via the link in your confirmation email for a full refund or rebooking.
  • Less than 24 hours (Late cancellations): Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time forfeit the session fee.
  • No-shows: If you do not attend the scheduled Zoom call within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is considered a completed no-show and the fee is forfeited.

4. Confidentiality and Information Boundary

Thinking Session operates with strict personal confidentiality: calls are not recorded, not transcribed, and no notes are retained. However:

  • Authorization: You must not disclose proprietary information, trade secrets, non-public material information, or confidential third-party data that you are not legally authorized to share.
  • Omission of identifying details: Names of individuals, companies, proprietary project codes, and identifying details can and should be generalized or omitted without reducing the value of the session.
  • No Legal Privilege: Thinking Session does not create attorney-client, doctor-patient, or any other legally privileged relationship.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thinking Session and Santiago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, business opportunities, or reputation arising from or connected to your session. In all circumstances, maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific session.
