The session
One conversation. One thing to think through.
Bring the decision, presentation, conversation, or situation that is occupying your head. You do most of the talking. I listen closely, ask clarifying questions when useful, and reflect back what I am hearing.
What happens
A little structure, not a script.
The session is deliberately light on process. The structure exists only to help you use the conversation well.
Focus
We start with one question: what would you like to leave clearer about?
Think
You talk. I listen, follow the thread, and ask the occasional clarifying question.
Reflect
I reflect back the themes, tensions, assumptions, or contradictions that seem most important.
Close
You articulate what feels clearer and what, if anything, you want to do next.
What to bring
You do not need to prepare.
You can arrive with a half-formed thought. You do not need slides, notes, or a polished explanation. In fact, the unpolished version is often more useful.
Common topics include a difficult decision, an important presentation, a conversation you are dreading, a career question, a founder problem, or a situation you cannot comfortably discuss inside your organization.
Privacy
Private by design.
The session is not recorded or transcribed. No AI meeting assistant joins the call, and I do not keep notes about what you discuss.
Thinking Session is not therapy, psychological treatment, executive coaching, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.
Booking
One session. No subscription. No commitment.
Sessions are booked individually. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session fee.
You may book again whenever another conversation would be useful. There is no recurring plan required.
