Privacy Policy — Thinking Session

1. The Session Itself

Thinking Session is designed so you can think out loud without looking over your shoulder:

No recording: Zoom calls are never recorded.
No transcription: Automated transcription tools and AI note-taking bots are not permitted to join.
No session notes: I do not keep notes or dossiers about what you discuss during our conversation.
Candor first: What is said in the session stays in the session.

2. Operational Data We Collect

Because Thinking Session is a paid commercial service, basic operational data is processed through trusted third parties to coordinate your booking:

Scheduling (Cal.com): When you book, your name, email address, and chosen meeting time are collected to place the session on the calendar and deliver meeting invitations.
Payments (Stripe): Payments are processed directly through Stripe. Thinking Session does not store, see, or process your credit card numbers or financial account credentials.
Video Calls (Zoom): Video and audio are transmitted during the call via Zoom's secure infrastructure.
Website Analytics (Google Analytics): Aggregated, anonymous traffic analytics (such as page views and referral sources) are measured via Google Analytics to understand website usage.

3. How Information Is Used

Your contact details are used solely to confirm your booking, send calendar invites, provide the private Zoom link, and communicate regarding your session. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or distribute your email or personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights

Booking records (such as calendar entries and payment receipts) are retained only as long as necessary for administrative, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request the deletion of your contact history at any time by sending an email to [email protected].
